Second Picture (EL-träger) pretty sure it is Lippe-Weissenfeld.
The last one (Oberst) is intriguing, because he is wearing the TRANSPORT-BADGE. I am not sure, but he looks like Obstlt. Ludwig Beckmann (KGzBv 500) - at least from a left side angle shot I saw here:
