Suggest you contact the publisher. I have a copy of "Sojusznicy Luftwaffe Bułgaria" published by Wydawnictwo 'MILITARIA', Warszawa 1999, but it lists no author.

Indeed, but Janusz Ledwoch the editor/owner of Wydawnicgtwo, his is only one author - no one else.
