Yes, the JG 400 had some Bf110's for towing duties, you will find a list of these birds in the two volume history of JG 400 of Steven Ransom and Hans Cammann:
GL+GT
GL+IE
KR+PF
PJ+LS
SL+IR
As far as I can see, no Bf110C's but more modern versions.
