Werknummer of Oblt. Hand-Joachim Valet's Me 262?

Good afternoon all,

On 3 December 1944, ex-transport pilot Oblt. Hans- Joachim Valet of 1./KG51 in Me 262 "9K+BH" was killed in action while attempting to land at Rheine.

Various Werk-nummern have been given by authors and sources. The following are those I have encountered:

Smith & Creek, Jet Planes of the Third Reich, (1982), p. 391:
110335

Foreman & Harvey, The Messerschmitt Me 262 Combat Diary, (1990), p.328:
150335

Manfred Jurleit, Strahljager Me 262 I'm Einsatz, (1995), p. 172:
110385

Smith & Creek, Me 262 Volume Three, (2000), p. 513:
110385

Dan O'Connell, Production Log, (2005):
p. 74: 110385, 150535, 110335, and 170096
p. 84: 110535

Nick Beale on line at ghostbombers.com "KG51 fighter operations: late November - December 1944, p.2:
110535

Kracker Archives online:
170335

deZeng and Stankey, Career Summaries - Luftwaffe Officers 1935-1945 online:
none given

Colin D. Heaton, The Me 262 Stormbird, (2012) p. 280:
150335

Forsyth with Creek, Me 262 Bomber and Reconnaissance Units, (2012), pp. 41-41:
none given

Philippe Saintes, Les Pertes des Messerschmitt Me 262, (2017). p. 27:

Is there any documentary evidence as to the correct werknummer for Valet's Me 262?

Thank you in advance,

Jim Geens
