I think I got the Werk Nummer from Jan Horn's book »Das Flurschaden-Geschwader« but he gives the code as 9K+BH, so I think my "EH" is simply a typing mistake. The circumstances and time of Valet's loss came from ULTRA (which didn't give details of his aircraft, unfortunately).
