Thanks for your reply Henk. Your info seems to match the info I have, although I am not sure if the a/c was coming home from a raid. I made this assumption from a diary I have. This signal (below) is what 450 Squadron sent to HQ Middle East.

Wellington not known. 029 Deg. 13’ East, 030 Deg. 48’ North. 0400hrs, 20/11/41. 407123 Lewis F.H., 920788 Hellyer G.H. and four others unknown all killed. Cause of accident unknown. Tail turrent.
