Trevor, that is right on, thank you for those period photos.

It looks to be the same 'yellow 10' Sinisa had described earlier. Of special note, the white theater band does not extend completely around the fuselage, omitted where the III.Gruppe wavy bar symbol is.

Appears to be a photo op for the British/Commonwealth forces (along with two dogs and a goat). Curious to the date and location, possibly overrun Axis airfield, but more likely a downed jabo fighter over Allied territory?
