You are probably right, what you have there is probably the electrical motor for maneuvering landing flaps of the Focke Wulf 190.
The instrument is a standardised air pressure instrument, but the red marks on the perimeter could point towards the usage of it.
Do you have any closer estimate of the date of the crash?
