I certainly believe that , though back during his life time I was in touch with Keith
his son Carl and his daughter T.Ann .....Keith claimed that Iovine was reprimanded for
his actions as into leaving the formation and conducting on its own a SAR mission
for Flavelle ....later on also against Palm for turning left to Ploesti and conducting
its own bombing mission . Throughout the time people tend to change history so
who knows .
