Could someone please identify this aircraft and maybe Unit/Location?
I'm still working my way through hundreds of images I have of the 325th FG and in this image some of the crew are pictured standing on a Luftwaffe aircraft. By the look of the tail it has had plenty of MG practice but the details are very clear.
Could someone please identify the aircraft (type) and then maybe clarify the unit and maybe how it was lost? Just interested to know as much as possible.
