Can't answer yes or no, but, in the absence of other responses, I'll throw in some admittedly very indirect information.

The clip you refer to is included on the Archive Collection DVD Dive Bombers and Combat Aircaft of WW2. The narration states that the clip shows Stukas in action in the Kuban bridgehead. Rudel was in action in the Kuban, commanding 1/StG 2 (Graf and Grislawski - A Pair of Aces). This is consistent with Rudel being shown in the clip, but obviously doesn't prove it.

That said, there is a timing issue, as the Kuban bridgehead was completely evacuated by October 1943.

I am reluctant to cite a narrator on a DVD as a source, but I would like to know more about the clip in any case, particulrly whether it does show action in the Kuban.
