13 April 1944 B-17 and 19 April 1944 B-17, both with 4/JG 53. They note the number of total victories as 9. In Dr Prien's book on JG 53, part 3, claims 2-4 by Lt Kunz are noted as "Datummässig nicht festlegbare Abschüsse".
