The squadrons involved in these "incidents" are different:
111° Sqn. RAF (Chapman)
417° Sqn. RCAF (Cotnam)
72° Sqn. RAf (Jennings)
43° Sqn. RAF (Holliss)
93° Sqn. RAF (Allen?)
450° Sqn. RAf (Wingfield).
There are not only these aircraft fallen between the Romagna and the Veneto. Now I can not find any more, but I will do a specific job of collecting data to analyze in detail which squadrons received faulty bombs.
