My copy seems to be complete, ending with paragraph 41. Tell me where your ends and I'll post the missing page(s) here.

What I have is a transcription of the original and I've had it so long that I can't remember where I got it (maybe from J. Richard Smith). Possibly the text was typed from a microfilm held in America because they declassified the ADI(K) reports a long time before Britain did.
