There was a PDF online listing accidents for the Arméé de l'Air (and including some RAF and Aéronavale losses) from 1st January 1934 to 22 June 1940. The link does not work, and Google can't find him, but I have it saved on my laptop if you're interested.
As far as I know, such a list does not exist between 22 June 1940 and 1 January 1943.
Regarding the 1943-45 list in the link above, remember that the Free French air units based in UK (and later in N France/Belgium) are not included, only the "not Free French" units of the Armée de l'Air coming from North Africa after Torch or formed in France after the liberation of the country. And combat losses are not included either.
