It is Erich Gotter, born 16 May 1917. Before he joined forces with Lt. H.D. Frank, he flew with Fw. Mütschele and Ofw. Rossbach as Bordfunker (wireless operator). Gotter's first nocturnal victory with Frank was in the night of 10/11 April 1941. I haven't checked all of Franks victories, but of what I remember is that Gotter was involved in all these combat flights.
On the evening of 27 September 1943 he and Frank died when their He219 collided with a Bf110 of the Stab NJG 1.
