I thought originally that I was looking for a Type 436 and not 486 as you put correctly

And, yes do confirm that the pilot registered on the Logbook Wellington IX or TX...depend of how one interprete it...maybe a long line on the base of the I or a mistake while writing the T....however the serial is indeed LB139...
