Hiya,

I am trying to find a photo of a C47 that was part of the 98thTC, 440th, 9th AF in the UK in 1944. The serial number is:

42-100936

Also a photo of its pilot when it crashed in 1944, 2Lt Elmer H McCandless.

I know it's a long shot but thought I would ask.
