Hello,

there are two versions of Gen.Qu. loss returns.

IWM version (see top right corner: a preliminary draft for the 21 copies):
Vorentwurf
21 Ausfertigungen
. Ausfertigung

Here the original loss date was 20, the small 0 was handwritten changed to 6.

BA Freiburg version (the 17th copy of 21 copies):
21 Ausfertigungen
17. Ausfertigung

Loss date clearly 20, confirmed in the correction of the observer‘s name Garndken to Berndsen on 3 Jan 1942.
Here handwritten addition of the loss category 1 (= missing due to enemy action on operational flight/ vermisst durch Feindeinwirkung auf Feindflug).
