Gentlemen,

Blackie Williams lived in Ocean Shores, Washington state for the past many years.

He died in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada on 22 August 2004, at the age of 85. I heard that he moved back to B. C. before he died from emphysema. He was a heavy smoker all his life.
