Re 87 Sqn could be Voase Jeff or Saunders. First in early am at Doncourt second in post noon.
But L1779 was an 85 Sqn a/c pilot was Lee.
L1979 was shot down on the 11th not the 10th, near Hazebrouck by 109's pilot Hemingway a/c letter either "X" or "Y" dont know if code "VY" used.
Again re N2454, this was lost on the 13th not the 10th at Hergene and abandoned upon evacuation according to Air Brits L1000-N9999.
Re Deere's a/c from his book Nine lives he recalls seeing the "Kiwi" motif being eaten up in the flames.
