French Air Victories 30.09.43

I have been looking at these and there appear to be certain problems (not with LW casualties).

LPCF credits Lt Georges Pissotte with an individual claim of a Me323. A second claim is by Lt Georges Blanck, and a third by Sgt Albert Causse, Marcel Verrier and one other. HMAW (v4) repeats this. CdG credits Brunet with a share but credits this as his second instance of a first victory (his first was actually the day before). Porret confirms Brunet as a claimant. Wikipedia repeats "il abat, en collaboration avec ses équipiers, un Messerschmitt Me 323"

Andrew Thomas in his Osprey title "Spitfire Aces etc",however is more precise and lists only two claims, the first by Blanck and Causse, the second by Pissotte, Jaquet (Jacquet) and Verrier. Jacquet may have been the unidentified pilot mentioned in HMAW(v.4). Porret credits Pissotte, Jacquet and Verrier too.

According to "La Grande aventure de la Chasse Francaise 1939-45" (au Jean Gisclon) the first was shot down by Blanck (he was flying with Brunet and Causse). Porret confirms this. The second patrol was Pissotte, Jacquet and ADC Verrier (he was actually promoted Lt 09.09.43) . Verrier states the second Me323 was "notre victime" (i.e. Pissotte, Verrier and Jacquet), but is not able to give further details because he is attacked by the Bf109 and then hit by flak.

Can anyone give me the full name of Lt Jaquet/Jacquet and more details on the claims.

regards

Keith
