Must say I wonder why such a random name change took place?

But if I understand you correctly
No 1 S&RS became either No 5 or 6 R&SU
No 2 S&RS became No 4 R&SU
No 3 S&RS became either No 5 or 6 R&SU

I will send Peter Amos an e-mail correcting his Master mistake. I now know from where he got that details. He copied what Jim Halley wrote in the L and N files.
