I have reviewed the VDM data and, judging by the fact that it covers aircraft and engines back to the mid 1930's, I suspect that it is a fairly comprehensive list and it does not include your nummer. So, I would suggest that the 9-41 141.11 nummer is more likely to be a Junkers blade, from a Junkers propellor. You now need someone with the data for the Junkers Luftschraube. Best wishes
