Thank you very much for your answer. To me it also seems that he wasn't married, but I wondered if anyone could know it for sure. (In fact, some less-known Allied pilots married quite young; I remember reading about a Canadian airman who got married at eighteen.)
Anyway, I find Peter quite cute... (but the love of my life is Friedrich Rupp, also from Jagdgeschwader 54).
