Hi David, I've already ordered Ethell's book "WW2 Pacific War Eagles" which also contains a copy of this photo. I didn't want to order a copy as it's relatively expensive and I merely want to have a better look at that picture
The book will provide better value-for-money, I think, as I only paid a tenner for it.
I'm aware of Ethell's background. He was a very familiar face on the telly as well.
