Luftzeugamt, was something like a "concentring camp" for aircrafts, see also "luftparken", luftflotte-reserven, nd Fl.ü.G, but someone more clever, could better explain, Luftzeugamt+Luftpark Were just activ at the beg. or prior the war, then the planes were directly flown from factories to Luftflotten/Units..
