Details of their origin is scanty to say the least, but both seems to have been captured before the end of the war. With regard to your "Siebels" they are most likely French post war production, and that goes for all "German" aircraft in the post war French photo albums now being sold on e-bay.

Thanks for the info, Stig.
The two other a/c in the Go 242 photo carry a yellow theatre band so it looks that this photo was taken on the eastern front.
