Lt. Hans Sieckenius 6/JG51 Hungary 1944
Dear all,

Lt. Hans Sieckenius (born 1925!) of 6./JG51 was KIA on 06.11.1944 in Lake Balaton area. My impression is that he and Lt. Kurt Hammer (also 6/JG 51) were the only two casualties of the day.

Does anyone have detailed info on Lt. Sieckenius or the combat? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
