Hi, Hsiao,
The Versuchskommando für Panzerbekämpfung was an experimental anti-tank unit equipped with the first Junker Ju-87 G-1 Kanonenvogel:

It was formed on 12/42 at Rechlin.
The Kommandeur of V.Kdo f.P.B. was Hptm. Hans-Karl Stepp.
V.Kdo f.P.B. is mentioned in StG 2 war diary (as V.f.P):

Between February and March 1943 it was subordinate to Pz.Jg.Kdo Weiss, under Luftflotte 4.
Some source say V.Kdo f.P.B. was based in Bryansk other in Poltava at that time.
There is a famous video of Stukas from V.Kdo f.P.B. in action in February 1943 at the Black Sea in Russia, during the battle of the Kuban Bridgehead.
