Here's a duplicate MACR.

MACR 16090
27th June 1943.
No details but thinking that it was a B-17.

Other MACR 16090 is for -
17th April 1943
91st BG/401BS
B-17F 42-5337, pilot N,F, LINSEY.

But details of the 5th BG a/c ???
