The FuG 16 ZS Radio was used by ground attack a/c because its frequency range had been moved up, from the FuG 16Z's 38,5 - 42.3 MHz to 40.3 - 44.7 MHz, to enable it to communicate with ground units. So, those numbers and letters within the quote marks are becoming more and more reasonable as ID markers for the radio type carried.
