Hello Michael,
Guard Starshiy Leytenant Pavel Petrovich Goreltsev completed his military service in April 1947. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star, the Order of the Red Banner, Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd degree, as well as the Medal for Budapest.
