Helpful. I have another 2 photos then saying it was Flak that caused the damage and the pilot was Lt Walter from 8./KG 2. It could well be Lt Hermann Walther then but Jan-up to 12 Feb 43, the only possible match is Wk Nr 4282 on 17-18 Jan 43 and despite 29 Sqn making a number of claims that night, none collided with a Do 217 or were lost
