Re: Military Medals awarded to RAF airmen 1940

From the book Air Force Bravery in the Field by Nick Tucker, printed by The Orders and Medals Research Society, the following;
Hewitt was awarded his MM for bravery on 18 August 1940 at Detling (p.142)
Ledward was awarded his MM for a series of actions at Castle Bromwich. Firstly 13 August 1940, and secondly 24 August 1940 (p.133)
Rowe was awarded his MM for bravery on 18 August 1940 at Thorney Island (p.137)
