Beaufighter U-boot attack May 3 1945.
On May 3 1945 the 16. group consisting of 236 and 254 Sqn from North Coates attacked several u-boats outside Fredericia in Denmark. One of the U-boats was a Type XXIII, U-2338 and I intend to model this encounter as a sort of a diorama. As I would like to build a 236 Sqn machine I'm kind of stuck when it comes to serials and squadron letters in 1945, though I suspect they retained quite a few of the ones from "last year".
Does anyone have access to the ORB for 236?
