Without wishing to be pertinent, this is a rather civil request rather than a military one.

However checking what type it was (model R) you can find out a little by googling the details.

What comes up is that the aircraft was still in USA in March 1932, had reached Rouen in May and also Le Bourget (the same month).
It was in Basel that same year, and according to John Wegg it was based in Belgium. So rather than being on a tour of Europe, it seems more likely the aircraft was used as a company travelling machine.

With regard to Harry White, it seems San Diego Air and Space Museum has some of his photos and perhaps documents as well.
