Based on your info the article was found in Burgerwelzijn. However no indication regarding the type of the aircraft, so a Fokker S.IV (serials 99 - 128) could also be possible.


According to http://www.lva-40.nl/index.php?optio...d=62&Itemid=67 14 Fokker S.IV were still in service in May 1940.
