FW 190 G-3s in Italy

Although it is now clear that DN + CB was not an FW 190 G-3, I thought I'd add some information to what Steve Sheflin posted about the FW 190 G-3 DN + F. aircraft.

The following FW 190 G-3s from the DN + F. block arrived in Italy in August and September 1943, and joined S.K.G. 10.

160 002 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 006 - II./S.K.G. 10
160 007 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 010 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 011 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 012 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 014 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 015 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 016 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 017 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 018 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 021 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 022 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 023 - III./S.K.G. 10
160 024 - III./S.K.G. 10

More information about these aircraft and units will be included in Morten Jessen and my FW 190 in the Mediterranean book, when it is published some time in the future.

Cheers,
Andrew A.
