Puszta is Hungarian for plains, or grassland, so Balbolnapuszta comes from blending Babolna and puszta together to form Balbolnapuszta (Babolna fields or similar), as opposed to a place called Puszta.

The location would be plain or grassland at Tartscha, which I believe is now Bad Tatzmannsdorf in Austria
