Help identifying 463 Sqdn (RAAF) airmen
Good night for all members.
Back in 2011 or 2012, I acquired two photos from 463 Squadron (RAAF) at Ebay. Sadly I did not saved the information from the seller and, sadly too, the photos are stored some 330 km away from me, where I can not go now due to the Pandemic...(I can not remember either, if on the back are written information which can help me identify them).
Can someone help me identifying those 463 Squadron (RAAF) airmen depicted on those two shots? One of them is Rollo Kingsford-Smith, DSO, DFC, for sure. There is one Air Commodore depicted on the middle of one of those photos as well. The other airmen seems to be Flight Lieutenants...on probably got a DSO too...I can not remember the dates....but probably mid 1944 or end of May 1945 (VE Day festivities). Am not sure, though.
Any help most welcomed...
