Re: Unknown plane- for me
Dear Mr. Bradic,
I assume that is your name because of the banner you place on your posting.
I fully understand what you mean. Indeed these photo's can be cleverly made fakes. When they are I bow my head for the very professional job the faker made.
I own very many original photo's of WW2 aircraft and assume I can tell which one is genuine original or a copy or maybe a fake. With these photo's even a respectable expert on Heinkel planes (and I assume he has also seen many original photo's and can recognise original photo's from recently made fakes) confirmed the photo's are genuine "old" photo's and that proves that the possibly faking job was done very professionly.
Mind that I didn't want to fool the airminded internet community with presenting fake photo's but was only sharing what I thought was a new aircraft, unseen untill now.
When you browse the Airwarfare forum you will see that I share many of my original photo's. Some of my photo's are already published and others will be published in the near future and I never asked a single penny for using my photo's.
And I haven't seen many postings yet with original photo's owned by members of this board !!
So I really don't understand why some members of this board are condemming me or making fun out of me (especially in the topic about Ebay-auctions).
If this is the spirit of the TOCH board I seriously consider not to participate on this board anymore.
Regards,
Jan
