Could Sqn Ldr C Bond DFC be

a G Bond - can't find a Sqn Ldr C Bond with DFC in 1944

But I can find a Geoffrey Bond DFC (Acting Sqn Ldr) #113918 in 1944

He got a Bar to his DFC in 1945
