according to the GQM loss returns on 28 Sep 40 the II./KG 26 lost two aircraft.
5./KG 26 Ort: St. Germain, He 111 H-3 WNr. 3190 1H+LN 100%. 4 †, no names.
II./KG 26 Ort: unbekannt, He 111 H-3 WNr. 5621 1H+EP 100%. 4 †, no names.
In Rudi Schmidt’s KG 26 book "Achtung – Torpedos los!" on 28 Sep 40 two III./KG 26 losses are listed: besides the Uffz Weihe-crew the Meuthen-crew: Uffz Franz Meuthen and the Gefr Herbert Nisch, Heinz Fielitz and Wilhelm Rinke.
In the thread "2 x Heinkel 111’s lost 28.9.40 II/KG 26" from 26 Nov 2008 Peter Cornwall had stated that at that time the III./KG 26 crews Weihe (7./KG 26) and Meuthen (9./KG 26) operated the II./KG 26 aircraft WNr. 5621 (Weihe) and WNr. 3190 (Meuthen).
