I'd agree but some bomber units (I'm thinking of KG 26) did retain a few He 111 for ferrying around personnel and equipment, usually with Geschwader and Gruppe HQ flights. Also (others can confirm/refute) there may have been some in the various France-based IV. Gruppen where bomber units' operational training took place.
