From you Larry, that's very meaningful and I'm grateful.

The downside of my work is that I'm rather better at collating this stuff than actually using it. I am very aware of how if I am honest, I am unlikely to write more than a fraction of the things I want to in the time probably remaining to me. So although I have to strike a balance between keeping enough of the bibliography to myself (and one or two people who have been kind enough to give me advice on some of its content) so that I have a chance of recouping some of my considerable costs (money, time) when it goes on sale on the one hand, and releasing bits of the content now to whet potential buyers' appetites, I hope that contributing something like this on the forum encourages some researcher with maybe a bit more time on their hands to tackle the subject.
