This claim will show a difference between Tony Woods list and Prien’s JFV 15/I.
24 March 1944
10:16 - 11:45 (M) two Il-2 from 71 GShAP made an assault in the area of Kovel. They were attacked by 4 Fw 190. Il-2 flown by Lt. Stribkov and gunner Serzhant Polyakov did not return from the mission. Obfw Anton Hafner Stabsstaffel/JG 51 Il-2 (133) 09:00 Tony Woods 42679 and JFV 25 Ost/42879 Tiefflug. The Tony Woods PlQu is at Kovel, while JFV is to the south of Kovel.
