I can't link you direct to the file, that doesn't seem to work, so here's where you start:

- If you aren't planning to register, select "Suche ohne Anmeldung".
- From there, select "Suche".
- Type or paste in the file reference in the "Signatur" box.
- After that, select "Digitalisat anzeigen" at the bottom right.
- Once you're into the file you have the option to download "Gesamte AE" (the whole file) or the page (Seite) you're currently on. Just click 'Download" at the top right.
If you have your web browser set to block pop-ups, it seems you need to disable that.
