Here's one:
"Aviatsiia V Bitve Nad Orlovsko-Kurskoi Dugoi: Oboronitelnyi Period" (Aviation at the Oryol-Kursk Battle) by Dmitrii Khazanov and Vitalii Gorbach, 2004, 200 pages, ISBN: 5-902011-07-8.

Covers the aerial campaign at Kursk from both the Soviet and German sides (about 60% VVS, 40% Luftwaffe.) Good quality publication with lots of well-reproduced photos and nice maps. Contains extensive endnotes and appendices, including OOBs, strengths, losses, and claims. All text in Russian.

Cover and sample pages here: http://www.aviapress.com/viewonekit.htm?OTH-228

(Disclaimer: I'm not associated with the book or AviaPress in any way)
