Pearl Harbor survivor Jack Holder passed away at the age of 101. In 1941, the Texan was on duty at Ford Island Naval Base as a member of PBY Squadron VP-26 when the attack began. He later flew 100 missions and was awarded two Distinguished Flying Cross Medals.
